Thermal Oil Heaters
A thermal oil heater or thermal fluid boiler is the main component in a thermal fluid heating system that recirculates the heated liquid in a closed circuit. This allows for efficient and accurate temperature control for use in various industrial applications.
Tubman Heating can source and supply thermal oil heaters from its two suppliers, Babcock Wanson and Pirobloc. These heaters take a while to supply, so we suggest reaching out to us early if you are considering purchasing a thermal oil heater.
Babcock Wanson Thermal Oil Heaters
Tubman Heating will source and supply the below Babcock Wanson Thermal Fluid Heaters with integrated gas, oil or dual fuel burner. Thermal fluid heating systems are compact and easy to use. Thermal fluid heaters operate up to 350⁰C at atmospheric pressure and remain pumpable down to minus 20⁰C and lower with special fluids.
TPC -B Series
- 100,000 to 6,000,000 kCal/h (116 to 6,978 kW)
- Vertical, multi-pass, fired heater
- Downward configuration ensures stress free and unrestricted expansion
- Various liquid or gas fuels can be used

PIROBLOC Thermal Oil Heater
PIROBLOC are known for their efficiency, safety and reliability. Thermal oil heaters require low maintenance and offer fuel savings up to 20% compared to steam heating systems with at least 90% of the fuel used in the heating process.
