Conventional Hot Water Boilers

Hot water boilers (HWB) are pressurised vessels that burn combustible fuel or use electricity to heat water.  There are different types of boilers that use the hot water or water that creates steam to provide heat.

A gas or oil fired burner that is attached to your Hot Water Boiler generates heat that is transferred to the water by a heat exchanger.  The process creates either hot water or steam depending on the type of boiler.  The hot water or steam is circulated through pipes throughout your building into radiators or other components to disperse the heat.
